A Brand New Look

Prev Next

Welcome to your new carehome.co.uk

We're excited to introduce a new look carehome.co.uk. Over the coming weeks you'll start to see our new brand appear across our website, Portal, emails, review materials and marketing. While our look has changed, our mission remains exactly the same: helping families find care with confidence and helping great care homes stand out.

Our new identity reflects the trust we've built over many years and creates a clearer, more modern experience for care seekers and care providers alike.

What's changing?

As part of the launch you'll notice a fresh new look across carehome.co.uk, including:

  • A new carehome.co.uk logo and branding
  • A redesigned website
  • New review generation materials
  • Updated marketing resources

Everything has been designed to make it even easier for families to discover, trust and choose your care home.

Your launch pack

To help you make the most of the new brand, we'll be sending every subscribing care home a launch pack containing:

  • Window sticker with a QR code linking directly to your carehome.co.uk profile
  • Postal review cards (to replace your current review cards)
  • Pocket-sized QR review cards (a new and convenient way for residents, family and friends to leave you a review online)
  • Review card stands
  • Information about the new brand

These materials have been designed to help you generate more reviews and showcase the trusted reputation you've built.

How you can make the most of the launch

There are a few simple things you should do straight away to maximise the benefits of the new carehome.co.uk.

Replace your old review cards and stands - although your current stock of review cards will still work you should replace them with the brand new versions. Make sure you display both sets of new review cards where visitors can see them.

Make the most of your new window sticker - place your 'Read our reviews' sticker in a prominent window so visitors can scan the QR code and read your reviews.

Print your new review score certificate - if you're already displaying your review score certificate make sure you visit your Portal and download the new version. If you've not printed one off before, the new brand launch is a great time to start.

Print your new review QR code poster - Your new QR code poster is another great way to encourage families to leave you a review and is available now in your Portal. Make you sure you update all the carehome.co.uk marketing materials today.

Encourage reviews

Reviews continue to be one of the biggest factors families consider when choosing a care home.

Use the Postal Review cards whenever residents' friends and family visit. The easier you make it to leave a review, the more likely people are to share their experiences.

Our smaller QR Review cards make it even easier for families to leave a review instantly using their smartphone. They're ideal to hand out after visits, events or meetings.

Why reviews matter

Every verified review helps build trust with future residents and their families.

They also help demonstrate the quality of your care, celebrate your team and give prospective residents the confidence to enquire.

If you haven't requested reviews recently, now is the perfect opportunity to start.
