What to do when your new brand launch pack arrives

Your New Brand Launch Pack: Here are the 10 things we recommend you do straight away.

When your carehome.co.uk brand launch pack arrives, we recommend completing these simple steps to get the most from the new materials.

1. Replace your existing review cards - start using the new branded review cards straight away and recycle any old branded stock you no longer need. Your old stock will still work as before so don't worry if any are currently in circulation.

2. Put your QR review cards somewhere visible - keep the business card-sized QR review cards at reception, in visitor areas and anywhere friends and family can easily pick one up before they leave.

3. Use the review card stands - display the supplied stands in reception or other high-footfall areas to make it easy for visitors to pick up a review card.

4. Display your new window sticker - place the sticker in a prominent window or entrance where visitors, prospective residents and their families will see it. The QR code links directly to your carehome.co.uk profile so people can quickly read your reviews.

5. Print and display your new look 'Review Us' QR Code Poster - you'll find a PDF version in your Portal in the left hand menu. Click on 'Reviews' then 'Generate and Showcase' and select 'Review Us' QR Code Poster'. You can print as many as you like to display in your home.

6. Print and display your new look  Review Score Certificate - this is also in your Portal under the same menu as above. Just select 'Review Score Certificate' to download and print the PDF.

7. Tell your team - make sure your colleagues know what each item is for and encourage them to offer review cards to residents, families and friends at appropriate opportunities.

8. Update any carehome.co.uk branding you use - if you've used our previous logo or branding on your own printed materials, website, email footer or socials (there may be other areas), consider updating these to reflect our new look. Our logos can be found in your Portal by selecting 'Account' in the left hand menu and then 'Brand Assets'.

9. Check your review widget - if you have one of our Review widgets on your website, it should update automatically. If you have an adapted version you should check if it has transitioned across to the new brand successfully.

10. Log in to the Portal - visit portal.carehome.co.uk to explore your updated dashboard and check your profile is complete and up to date.
