What is a CV Interaction?

Your CV Search subscription has 100 CV Interactions as standard, but what counts as a CV Interaction?

1. Downloading a candidate's CV from the Website onto any computer device such as a PC, phone or tablet computer;
2.  Viewing a candidate's contact details on the candidate profile page (viewing a candidate's profile will not be considered as a 'CV Interaction');
3.  Viewing a candidate's CV on the candidate profile page using the 'View Original CV' menu option (viewing a candidate's profile page itself will not be considered as a 'CV Interaction');
4.  A CV attachment received as part of an email alert or emailed to self from the website;
 5.  Sending a message to a candidate via the website.

Once you’ve used a CV Interaction on a particular candidate, viewing that candidate’s details again will not count as a new CV Interaction.
