How do I contact a candidate I’ve found on the CV Search?

Once you have run a search on the CV database, you will find a list of candidates that you may want to contact about your vacancy (see our video here on how to run a search)

In the first instance, it is usually best to call the candidate on the phone but you may want to follow up with an email too.

You have two options to send an email, you can send an email through our system and any replies will go directly to the email address of the account you are using to log in to the system

Alternatively, you can click on Show Contact Details and the candidate’s email address and phone number will appear so you can give send an email through your email provider.

Feedback from users of the CV Search has found that using the Email Candidate feature results in more responses from candidates.
