What is a carehome.co.uk review?

We allow users and third parties to post comments and ratings of their experiences (“Reviews”) on our site. The primary purpose of these Reviews is to help potential residents / service users to find the right care home/service. The Reviews also provide residents/service users with an opportunity to provide feedback to care providers and for care providers to use this feedback to make improvements.
