# Registration Info

### Registration Info Page

#### Overview

The *Registration Info* page in your Portal provides read-only access to key details about your care home. This page ensures you have a clear view of the data we hold about your care home without the risk of accidental changes.

While you cannot edit this information directly, our team is here to assist with any updates. If any details need to be changed, you can contact us by emailing customerservices@carehome.co.uk or reaching out to your account manager. Changes are typically processed within **two working days**.

#### How to Access the Registration Info Page

1. **Log in to the Portal.**
2. **Navigate to the Registration Info page:**
  - Click on **Profile** in the left-hand menu.
  - Select **Additional Content.**
  - Click on **Registration Info.**
3. Depending on your login type:
  - **Single Care Home Users:** You’ll see a page displaying the data specific to your care home.
  - **Group-Level Users:** You’ll see a table listing all the care homes under your group. Scroll to view the data for each care home.

#### Information Displayed on the Registration Info Page

The *Registration Info* page displays the following details:

1. **Care Home Name:** The name of your care home as it appears in our system.
2. **Address:** The full address of the care home.
3. **Setting Type:** Whether the care home is a **Care Home** or **Nursing Home.**
4. **Owner/Group Name:** The name of the group or owner associated with the care home.
5. **Open Status:** Indicates whether the care home is **Open**, **Registered Opening Soon**, or **Not Yet Registered.**
6. **Regulatory Authority Number:** The number assigned by your regulatory authority.
7. **Date Registered:** The date your care home was registered with the regulatory authority.
8. **Charity Number:** If applicable, the charity registration number.
9. **Ownership Type:** The care home’s ownership type, e.g., **Voluntary**, **Private**, **Local Authority**, or **NHS.**

#### How to Request Changes

To update any of the information listed on the *Registration Info* page, please follow these steps:

1. Email **customerservices@carehome.co.uk**with:
  - The details you want to change.
  - The reason for the change.
2. Alternatively, contact your account manager.
3. Our customer service team will review your request and make the changes or contact you for clarification within **two working days.**
