How to update details on your profile

Article Summary

To update the contact information, number of beds, Registered-Categories, Facilities, Description, Jobs Profile Page Description and other details of your Profile, click on Profile in menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

Select Profile Details from the drop-down menu, followed by Update Profile Details. If you're using a group account, you will need to select the name of the home you want to edit from the list.

Updating profile details

Here, you can change any incorrect details and enter any missing information for the following:

Contact Info

Name of Care Home, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, website URL, person in charge and the name of owner/group.

Bed & Room Info

Registered maximum number of service users, number of single and shared rooms and the number of ensuite rooms.

Fees Info (Weekly Charge Per Person) 

Fees information for single and shared rooms. 

Additional Info

Ownership status (private, voluntary, local authority owned or NHS owned), regulatory authority ID, admission genders, age ranges, directions, visiting and parking information. 

Registered-Categories

Registered categories, i.e. residential care home or nursing home, dementia, old age, physical disability etc.

Specialist Care Offered

Specialist care categories offered e.g. Alzheimer’s, Autism/ASD, Cancer Care, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis. 

Other Care Provided

Other care services provided, such as palliative care, respite care, day care or physiotherapy. 

Facilities

Facilities at your setting, e.g. a garden, lift, wheelchair access, internet access, pet policy and if it is located close to shops and public transport. 

Description (valid for Enhanced/Premium/Platinum Service subscribers only)

In this section, you can write a description of your setting to help care seekers learn more about your services, up to 1950 characters. 

Jobs Profile Page Description (valid for Enhanced/Premium/Platinum Service subscribers only)

The job profile description is designed to be a summary of the benefits you offer to employees and the ethos of the company as an employer. 

*Please note, you must have at least one live job advert for the job profile description to show.

Where will this information appear?

This information appears on your Profile to help care seekers gauge what your setting has to offer and find your contact details and website.
