How to generate reviews on a Basic Profile

All care homes listed on the site have a Basic Profile which you as an owner can claim free of charge to generate reviews and build your reputation online and in your local community.

Enhanced, Premium and Platinum subscribers benefit from additional features which make generating reviews easier, such as Review Cards and Invite to Review. However, Basic Profiles have the ability to generate reviews in various ways.

Reviews can only be submitted by residents/service users or their family/friends.                                      

Directing someone to your carehome.co.uk profile

 The first option is to tell a resident or their family/friends about your profile on carehome.co.uk. When they visit your profile, they can scroll down to the Reviews section and click the ‘Submit a Review’ button.

This will immediately open up the Review form for them to complete.

Copy, paste and share the review page URL

 The second option is to copy the Submit Review URL and share with residents’ family and friends.

1. Click the ‘Submit Review’ button  

2. Highlight the URL and press Ctrl+C on your keyboard (Cmd+C on Mac) or right-click the text and select ‘copy’ 

3. Paste and share the link on your social media page, in an email or on your website.

People can then click the link which will take them straight to the review form. Be aware only residents/service users and their family/friends can leave a review.
