How to add service details to your Profile

To add, remove or update service details to your Profile, such as whether your setting provides residential or nursing care, palliative care and dementia care services, click on the Profile tab in the menu in your Control Panel.

Select Profile Details from the dropdown menu and click on Update Profile Details. 

 Click on the following tabs to add, remove or update care services to your profile.

• Registered-Categories
• Specialist Care Offered
• Other Care Provided

Registered-Categories

Under Registered-Categories, you can select whether your setting is a residential care home or a nursing home and tick the categories you provide, such as Old Age, Dementia and Physical Disability.

Specialist Care Offered

If your setting specialises in certain types of care, you can select these under the Specialist Care Offered tab, such as Alzheimer’s, Cancer Care, Stroke, Visual Impairment and Autism/ASD.

Other Care Provided

 If your setting provides services such as Palliative Care, Respite Care or Convalescent Care, you can select these under the Other Care Provided tab.
