How do I view my orders and invoices?

To view your orders, navigate to the Orders section under the Account tab in the Control Panel menu. 

Here, you will be able to place new orders and/or request quotes for the various services and adverts offered on carehome.co.uk, such as an Enhanced Service for 12 months, a Group Feature or a Banner Advert.

How to view your orders

In this section, you can also view your Order History in a table format and filter by order type. The table shows the status of the order, the order ID, details of the order, dates and location of feature orders.

 You can view:

• Live orders
• Future orders
• Expired orders and
• Cancelled orders 

Click on the drop-down menu for order types to view all order types or specific order types, such as Platinum Service, Area/Category Feature, Competitor Feature, or Job Vacancy Posting Credits.

To export the data to CSV to view in spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel, click the ‘Export to CSV’ button below the order filter.

How to view your invoices

Invoices are sent out through email. You can see in the Order Details list which order has an invoice attached to it.
