How do I create PDF file version of my brochure

There are a few easy ways to turn your brochure file into a PDF. Once you have completed the steps of one of the methods below, you will have two formats of your file, the original and a PDF version. You cannot edit a PDF, so if you make changes to your original file, you will need to create a new PDF.

Print as PDF – Microsoft Office

This method does not physically print your document, it just saves it as a PDF.

1. Open the file you want to turn into a PDF.
2. Click File, then Print.
3. You will now be on the print screen. Under Printer will be a drop-down menu of printers to choose from, pick Microsoft Print to PDF.
4. Click the Print icon.
5. Choose a file name and click Save.

Save as a PDF – Microsoft Office

This is the quickest way to save a document as a PDF.

1. Open the document.
2. Click File, then Save As.
3. Under the box where you enter the name of the document will be a drop-drop down menu. Select the option that says PDF (*.pdf).
4. Click Save.

Create a PDF – Mac

1. Open the document.
2. Select File, then Print.
3. In the drop-down menu at the bottom-left of the screen, select the PDF option.
4. Enter the information you’ll use to find the file later. You can enter the file name, author, subject and keywords, but you don’t need to fill in all of these.
5. Click Print.
