What is a Highlighted Review Phrase?

A Highlighted Review Phrase is available to Platinum subscribers.

You can select up to 5 review phrases that appear frequently in your care home’s reviews. These then appear on your public profile under the reviews section, and visitors to your profile can click on them to see all reviews that contain that phrase.

Why use a Highlighted Review Phrase?

Highlighted Review Phrases are a great way to showcase which phrases come up again and again in your reviews. It shows visitors and potential residents what your care home is most praised and renowned for.

Visitors can click on the phrases you’ve highlighted to filter reviews to only those that include that phrase. This means that they can choose a phrase they are particularly interested in, for example, ‘great activities’, and be reassured as they read review after review confirming that you have a stimulating activities programme to keep them busy and entertained.

How to turn on a Highlighted Review Phrase

To select Highlighted Review Phrases:

1. Access your carehome.co.uk dashboard.
2. From the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select Reviews then Generate & Display (Online) then Highlighted Review Phrases. 
3. Scroll down and you will find a selection of boxes containing phrases that have appeared in your reviews that you could choose to highlight. 
4. Drag and drop up to 5 phrases into the box provided. You can drag them out again if you’d rather highlight a different phrase, as well as choose what order they will appear in on your public profile.
